GlobalSchool North Singapore is a proposed school concept currently in the market research phase. This website is operated by the founding team to assess interest from families in North Singapore. We have not yet incorporated a legal entity; the founding operator can be contacted at lt@ltp.sg.

Through the interest registration form, we collect:

• Parent/guardian name, email address, and phone number
• Nationality and immigration pass type
• Residential estate in Singapore
• Children's names (optional), ages, and target grades
• Current school attended (optional)
• Curriculum and fee preferences
• Desired features and earliest enrolment timeline
• How you heard about this initiative
• Any additional comments you voluntarily provide
• Form submission timestamp

3. Why We Collect This Data

The data is used exclusively for:

• Assessing community interest and demand for a CBSE school in North Singapore
• Informing decisions about location, grade levels, curriculum, and fees
• Sending registered families updates about school development milestones
• Supporting future regulatory applications (e.g., CPE registration), where aggregate — not personal — data may be referenced

4. Legal Basis for Collection

We collect your data with your explicit consent, as indicated by the PDPA consent checkbox on the registration form. This is consistent with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data in Singapore.

5. How We Store and Protect Your Data

Form submissions are processed via a third-party form service (Formspree or equivalent) and stored in a secure, access-controlled environment. Data is not stored on publicly accessible servers. Access is limited to authorised members of the founding team.

6. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or any other commercial purpose. Data may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

• With service providers who help us operate this website and process form submissions (bound by equivalent data protection obligations)
• If required by Singapore law or regulatory authorities

7. Retention Period

We retain your data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, or until you request deletion. If the school does not proceed, all collected data will be securely deleted within 90 days of that decision being made, and registered families will be notified.

8. Your Rights Under PDPA

Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Withdraw consent at any time, which will result in us ceasing to use your data and removing you from our contact list
• Request deletion of your personal data

9. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools. No third-party advertising pixels are present.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the school concept develops. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Registered families will be notified of material changes.
